Anyway, so, thousands of people singing that song while holding hands. What do they do next?

If not that, than its true. People do also care for the earth. But, from my point. Its too late. What MJ was trying to do, was to save this pathetic ball. People took his song, sang it, forgot about it.
I mean if you people were to look at the world today. Just stop doing whatever fucking thing you all do daily. Sit down in front of this fucking thing called the computer. IT IS DESTROYING THE PLANET. But since we’re already there. Use Google, since it help a dude make millions to billions. Search for whatever you can about the globe dying. You’d know. The process of killing this forsaken planet, took more than 100 years or maybe more. Wonder why. Look at the fucking smokes that comes out from the factories. Industrial age. Fuck it, I’d rather live in the stone age.
Why do I say the earth can’t be save? The day, car factories shut down and people use horses to travel, that’s THE DAY the earth is saved. CARS. There are more and more cars on planet earth as we speak. and you know why? Cause the lands where wild animals roam are now buildings. Of course them horses wouldn’t fucking live, where the hell would they go?

The fact that thousands and thousands of people are trying to save the planet is really nice to know but, with millions more not doing anything. What the fuck does that do? Slow down the timer to destruction?

Don’t get me wrong. I’m not saying the things people are trying to do is wrong/stupid, its questionable. I’m not going agaisnt saving the earth. I’m supporting it. I wouldn’t want to die just yet. Still got tons of ideas and theories to change the human race and I hope it would go through them. Hope. Nice word eh, sorry i was getting carried away again by the word. I assume the catastrophe you’re talking about is Global Warming, since it’s not clearly stated in your post.
So, to sum your points up, the only way to save Earth is for the human race to go backwards?
To let go of all conviniences of the modern world – cars, television, the internet, planes, the washing machine, fridges, computers, lightbulbs, to name a few, and return to an agrarian Utopian life common during the pre-Mesopotamian age? Where people live far in between, in tribes, hunting and planting crops, living a tribal life distanced from global communication?
The only reason the human race is here today is our ability to change to circumstances. Tribes bunched together into cities because it’s safer, cities bunch into a nation with a goverment so trade will be more organized, and nations grow to improve the conditions of it’s citizens.
The point is bro, we don’t need to step backwards. We need change. Replace the current leaders with their 19th -20th century thinking, with younger leaders who better understand the world and are not tied down with old traditions. Leaders who can innovate and find a way out that works for everyone, and our planet. Young leaders have more tendency to see the bigger picture because they learn from mistakes that their predecessors failed to see. Solving global warming isn’t the leader’s duty alone, the people have their part to play too. And where leaders lead, people tend to follow, so our new leaders would be expected to take the first few steps FOWARDS, and sooner or later nations will follow.
Going backwards to live in caves won;t solve anything,you’re just running away from the problem, changing leaders on the other hand is a more probable solution. Just my opinion. Subjective argument, really.

Er.. sort of like everything. Not just global warming. This post is filled from wild life to politics to global warming. So tell me, how are we gonna change the leaders mindset? Easier said than done. I didn’t say we need to step back, I meant if we were to live in the stone age now, it would be better than watching and knowing the earth is dying. Oh sure, what steps have the government took for so long? You telling me after so long, after so much damage they only realise the issue NOW? No, course not. Right, you weren’t talking about global warming. So my point of view is quite invalid.
If there is another reason the Earth is dying, please do let me know, because from what I read in your post, the earth is dying because we’re singing Michael Jackson songs, which does hold some sway, come to think of it.
I DONT GET YOUR REASON TO THINK THE EARTH IS DYING. Why wildlife, why politics?
